Meet The Founder

Tina M. Dennis is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Greatness Learning Academy, an organization dedicated to transforming lives through education, personal growth, and meaningful learning experiences. She founded the Academy on the belief that every individual possesses unique gifts, untapped potential, and the greatness to succeed when provided with the right guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to grow.

As an educator, mentor, and lifelong learner, Tina has devoted her career to helping others discover confidence, develop resilience, and achieve their fullest potential. Her experience as a classroom teacher, combined with years of leadership, training, and student development, has shaped an educational philosophy that extends beyond academics to nurture the whole person.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Crisis Response and Trauma, and a Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Life Coaching. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to integrate academic instruction with social-emotional learning, resilience, personal development, and purpose-driven growth.

Inspired by the belief that learning is more than gaining knowledge—it is the journey of becoming—Tina established Inspire Greatness Learning Academy as more than an educational organization. It is a place where education meets transformation.

As the creator of The Greatness Journey™, the Academy's signature transformational framework, Tina is expanding Inspire Greatness Learning Academy beyond traditional education to include workshops, digital learning experiences, guided reflection, books, journals, and the Inspire Greatness App. Through these initiatives, she seeks to empower people of all ages to discover the greatness that has always existed within them.

Today, Tina continues to build a global learning community committed to inspiring confidence, cultivating purpose, and transforming lives through education, reflection, and lifelong learning.
